    Advice to Management

    There were so many things to love about my job… I might have stayed a decade or more if Sr Management had quit allowing hostile, micromanaging & sometimes cruel or hurtful Supervisors & Managers to damage employee's physical and/or mental health

    Pros

    Great company, lots of opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

    The company does not pay the employees what your worth. You will have the opportunity for advancement but they will not pay you what the same position pays somone hired from the outside. They have lost lots of great people because of this.

    Advice to Management

    You dont have to manage by fear. Treat your employees with more respect and will will see more results.
