    Management does not recognize employees for jobs well done.

    Advice to Management

    Management should realize that employees have a life outside of Key. When the branches are so understaffed, it requires the manager to both run a teller window and the platform. It is not unusual that I work 60+ hours per week with no relief or recognition. I keep hearing how I'm running one of the larger branches, but right now I have 3 employees including me. Someone needs to wake up!
