Pros
Alright pay, decent healthcare, lots of time off, freedom to work wherever. A promise of opportunity to grow skills if you can work through the worst of it.
Cons
I worked on the delivery/model-building side. Company culture allows poor behavior. It's sometimes impossible to get ahold of some coworkers and this is apparently excused because of their "responsibilities". They encourage a sort of initial mentorship program which doesn't make any sense if your assigned mentor wants nothing to do with you (a great start to the company, by the way). The guy was extremely rude to me and helped out on nothing. Had 5 managers, not senior coworkers or leads, actually managers per their job title, who wanted constant updates for whatever it was I was working on. Two of these managers were actually in a relationship which was problematic since they'd both pile on you if given a reason. I once asked one of my managers located in Chicago for help only for him to tell me to "figure it out" leaving me rudderless for a task. I couldn't get help on this from anyone else and just winged it - which they didn't like. Found out another manager (this told to me from a different gossiping employee) pushed for my termination because she didn't like me; which I believe had something to do with my refusal to work extreme hours. When I say extreme, we're talking being pushed to work 12hr days. This kind of behavior clearly spills out into clear employee cliques who will put you in an outgroup if you're not constantly on their radar or worked on similar projects for a prolonged time period. It can be very hard to build relationships in a WFH environment but much harder if you can't really network because of these conditions which just feeds into itself. What results is a slew of backhanded comments, gossip, and hostility if not coldness from far too many people. Final note is the surveillance software they use which you will definitely hear about when they pull the "you're not working the hours we want you to work" card and punish you for it. It's built into the tools you use so you can't get away from it. Note this is distinct from the time keeping software. Glad I left it, do your best to keep away from this company.
