Pros
1) Competitive salary 2) Work/Life balance is good 3) Employee concerns are taken care. There are multiple perks and entertainments for employee retention.
Cons
1) Resource management is not at all proper. Resources are not allocated according to skillset. 2) Little to no learning curve. No change in job roles. Same kind of work. 3) Little to no proper training for fresher until absolutely needed as a reaction to damage caused due to inadequate knowledge. 4) Very old technology stack. No adoption of trending technologies. Very less opportunity to work on cutting edge technology.
