    Pros

Human Resources seemed to be competent. Never had a complaint about that department.

    Cons

There was a ridiculous amount of inappropriate behavior form mid-level staff in client services. You will frequently wonder who is the client and who is the professional. They have a hard time keeping sane staff. Let me put it this way...they are hiring for a reason.

    Advice to Management

Monitor your mid-level staff and weed out the bad apples.

I worked at Keystone Human Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very rewarding work, most people there are there for the clients. benefits are pretty good, lots of time off available. Lots of overtime available as well.

    Cons

Work can be stressful, training is abysmal and does not prepare you for the job at hand. Pay is pitiful compared to the amount of work you do.

    Advice to Management

    Pay better
    Provide better training.
Get a clue as to what is actually happening at the homes. Managers should be checking in daily, Service Directors should be checking each home on a weekly basis.
