Pros
I had a very easy time during the application process, and they assisted me very quickly with any questions I had.
Cons
I have to put a con, so I'd say they got me a shorter term contract than I was looking for, but it enabled me to start much sooner and that's just how contract work is.

Pros
Leadership-Leadership on all levels are extremely approachable, kind, genuinely cares about people, strategic and forward thinking. Opportunity-If you want to grow in your career, Kforce is a great place for it. I have seen so many people grow their careers here! Values-I love our corporate values...but I love that it is actually practiced and we are held accountable to them. I am proud to say that I work for Kforce. I left Kforce for another staffing firm for less than a year and returned because I missed the culture, leadership and great people.
