Good work culture

I actually like the promotion culture instead of replacement, so every employee at Khired has maximum growth chances, even an office boy. This company also works on employees' mental and physical health. Politics free company. Very smooth onboarding process.

Reward culture should be promoted.

Pros
Great working environment ( Management is highly professional, they understand employees problem and don't stress you out ) Flexible working hours Work from home facility No screen recordings You will be evaluated on the basis of your work, not the number of hours you have spent at your work station
Cons
No hierarchical team structure, you lack seniors and mentorship in teams. It's a startup so you get to work on different projects (Although I enjoyed it but someone may find it exhausting to learn new technologies). HR department is the worst, they don't care about employees issues, all they do is tracking your leave record.

Pros
A company with a Vision. A Vision to prefer Quality over Quality. A Mission to become the best SaaS company of this region an eventually towards greater heights. The Office Location is one of the prime land of Lahore Defence.
Cons
No option for WFH, performance reviews need to be improved too.
