    Pros

    Great community of people that believe in the work they do & are welcoming! Lots of autonomy to design & deliver on the work need to do in many roles. Evolving culture for the better to be more inclusive of people but more so of ideas to support change leading to innovation.

    Cons

    Strategy, communication & cohesive disconnect between executive, senior (directors) to managers & their teams or department teams disconnected from other operational partners in the org. Feels like we're doing lots of rework and/or being impatient of other keys partners.

    Advice to Management

    Take a step back to evaluate the bigger picture of in process operational initiatives then ask "what is the impact on an employee?" Give each other useable feedback so we can move forward to transform. Be open to changing what it looks like to achieve our strategic deliverables and their timelines.
