Pros

Company offers great financial compensation as well as endless opportunities for growth. The training and development program is best in the industry. Starting with them right out of college definitely accelerated my growth in industry and set me up perfectly to be a leader in construction industry.

Cons

Unfortunately the travel demands do become a bit overwhelming as the years pass. They are upfront about this relocation requirement but it becomes less desirable when you factor in spouse and kids. The work hours are also an item to consider since work life balance is a juggling act here (most projects 6-7 day a week operations with 10-12 hour days).
