Very focused on their employees. Good and open communication. Good benefit package. I have worked at a few different companies and have felt designers are not treated like professionals. Kiewit treats everyone as professionals and gives them opportunities that other companies will not.
Cons
Can be stressful at times because we are so busy, but that is also job security so not sure if that is a con.

Great Experience with Competitive Pay

-Great Starting pay -Great benefits (100% of 6% match on 401k) -Some of the biggest projects in the country (Great experience for career growth) -Great Leaders (Depends on the job team the company is massive)
Cons
-Personally feel field engineers are not treated fairly and that is why their is such a high turnover. (No Per Diem, No TDY Break, and No Company Vehicle all of which most competitors will offer) -expect to move all over (not a bad thing if you like to travel) -long hours (depending on schedule and project)
