      Pros

      Currently in my onboarding and first impressions are: (1) strong leadership despite the fluctuating market conditions. (2) guidance during onboarding wrt resources and opportunities to meet clients from an early stage. (3) sense of belonging despite teammates being scattered across Europe, Asia and US.

      Cons

      Perhaps it's 'honeymoon phase' but nothing comes to mind as of yet.

      Amazing company culture. Loved the day in and day out.

      There is not a clear path for growth opportunities. And when there is, it is hard to compare to what other companies are offering.
