I worked at Kimberly-Clark full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Decent salary, lots of projects going on, benefits are good, coworkers help make it feel like a family environment.

Cons

Not very clear on how to get raises and promotions, can get easily pigeonholed into a position. Management tends to tell you one thing in private, then acts a different way in public. Had many experiences with people going directly to senior leadership to get what they wanted done without ever asking their direct supervisor.

Advice to Management

Help work with the people on career development and advancement.
