You work 12 hour days/nights. But not every day/night. They work 3 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off, 2 on, 3 off, & then it starts all over, all indoors. Plus you get 4 (yes 4) 30 minute breaks! It has its own cafeteria too!
Cons
The only "con" part is NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED ON THEIR PROPERTY! But oh well, time flies by if you stay busy
