CPG Company

People are a big asset, in general the corporate office folks are helpful, willing, and eager to partner.
Cons
They manage to the middle, benchmarking salaries, vacation, benefits, etc. I believe that the corporation overall moves appropriately as a publicly traded firm, but nothing in particular separates KC from other large employers.

CoOp Student Experience
Feb 2, 2023 - Research and Engineering Co-op in Neenah, WIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
One of the best things I found at K-C is a welcoming nature of every employee technician-level employee to VP. The company's work culture is amazing and makes itself one of the best places to work. Being a CoOp student, I was assigned a meaningful projects by which I was able to gain practical experience, and I was given a chance to apply my theoretical knowledge in the practical field. Apart from that, K-C has COIN group (Co-Op and Intern Network), which is led by the interns and for the interns. As a part of the group, several professional activities, fun activities, and trips are organised during the term. Through this network, students can interact with fellow intern students and build relationships with the group.
Cons
Not Available. It is a great company to work for.
