Very risk adverse, slow to market and to act (although is changing slowly)

    Global company with a strong career growth potential. Opportunity to gain knowledge and work with some of the best individuals in their respective fields.

    Cons

    Difficult to gain and receive recognition. Difficult to introduce innovative ideas and a fresh perspective into the company. Lack of cross-training.

    Provide open and honest feedback continously. Listen to the needs of your staff. Follow through providing opportunities for growth and if the role's responsibilities change then need to realign the role/benefits.
