          Pros

I gain new "family" from my team.

          Cons

They only care about the money. Benefits are terrible and leaving you paying an insane amount out of pocket, it's more of a discount then insurance. Communication is terrible. You're lucky to find rare quality at KinderCare.

She mentioned she'd shoot me an email with all the interview details, but so far, my inbox is empty. Assuming I'll hear from her early next week, is it normal for them to expect me to show up for an in-person interview on short notice, like couple days?
