I have been working at King TeleServices part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

A few dollars above the minimum wage.
Fairly easy work.
Incentives for achievement.
OVERTIME
Benefits

It's a job for people without real expenses. And a car.

Cons

Still not great pay either.
Fairly boring work.
Annoying location to commute to.
They cheat you out of your incentives occasionally.
Office politics can get pretty ridiculous.
It takes a year to qualify for benefits, even sick/vacation leave, and the package leaves a lot to be desired.

Advice to Management

Lead by example.

    Not many hours. Not really room to grow. Pay could be much better.

    Pros

    Worked with some very amazing people .

    Cons

    Micromanagement promises of long-term employment not met, very hostile work environment in terms of how I was received by employees who had worked there for a while .

    Advice to Management

    I know the company is under restructuring hopefully that significantly helps the horrible micromanagement that goes on which caused many issues including getting agents for coaching in a timely manner, and favoritism and politics on a level I've never seen before
