I worked at Kingland as an intern (More than a year)

Pros

Nice people. Most of the staff are programmers, and are smart. You get free breakfast every morning, which is great! Small company so you get to know everyone well. You interact with higher-ups frequently, and they care about your input.

Cons

Programming is solid, constant work, but other positions can be flaky in terms of workload. It seems that programmers work a lot of overtime, but this is common for many programming jobs. Some management is reluctant to change ways, even when improvement areas are clearly shown to them.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

flexibility as well as the options to move throughout the organization and the people who work there are awesome people!

    Cons

Working on weekends, slow to get around to promotions, lack of recognition is one of the major downsides to this employer

    Advice to Management

Offer more recognition to employees and incentives to outperform just the bare minimum and strive to pursue excellence in every way
