    Negative Outlook

I worked at Kingsborough Community College part-time for more than a year

    Pros

None. Near the beach, but not a congenial place to learn English or GED (TASC)

    Cons

    No Benefits at at!

    Advice to Management

Don't treat your teachers like labor workers! They are professional with BA or MA in TESOL. Don't be dictatorship! Autocratic! The is NOT Russia or the Ukraine. This is the United States of America!

I have been working at Kingsborough Community College part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible Time. You can make a schedule that fits you. And low entry requirements.

    Cons

If the session is unbooked, you don't get paid. So, sometimes if you have sessions unbooked in between other booked sessions, you need to stay there and no get paid.
