      Pay was average but not worth it.

      Cons

      Unfriendly and not a good training programme. Felt left out and was not a ‘family environment’ which it was promoted as.

      Pros

      Friendly team that does try to rally around you. MP was so patient and kind.

      Cons

      No training at all. You are expected to watch someone do it once and miraculously know how to donit perfectly. The high pace doesn't help when navigating new systems that current employees haven't had time to learn so can't show you effectively

      No work pressure, nice people around bonus every month

      Cons

      minimum wage, less workforce, not enough ppt and equipments, still using manual pump trucks
