    Pros

    - Flexible office timing - Great opportunity of learning and growth if placed on new project

    Cons

    - Poor Management and Communal Politics with favoritism - Lay-offs at any given time even when you are working on several projects - Communal favoritism works utmost in Lay-offs - Regular delays in salary payment, sometimes it got delayed by weeks - Salary hikes are negligible irrespective of your performance

    Advice to Management

    If you perform Root Cause Analysis, it won't take much time to determine how all of sudden company collapsed even though having giant clients. Let go those people who are actually not performing good and not those who perform good. Sales Team is useless, all words no results.

    Pros

    -Immediate managers are great and helpful. -Co workers are nice and work environment is friendly. -Nice perks and good work locations.

    Cons

    -They hire contractors into a team & then suddenly decide to close the project in less than a month after hiring them. No reason is given. -Documentation of systems could be much better to speed up onboarding and training.

    Advice to Management

    Some of us give up other job offers to work at your company, and some have to relocate to expensive places near your office. Please hire contractors only after you are really sure that you need them.
