Graduate scheme interview - Anonymous employee Knight Frank Employee Review

The HR assistant was very rude about not going to a “top tier” university for real estate. She was very insulting by stating that only Reading Uni and Cass Business Students are hired in the firm. The assessment day is poorly structured and very harsh to people who have the potential to succeed in the role but cannot handle a 8 hour rigorous day. Give all people a chance, it seems that the environment is very clicks and only hires privately educate or Caucasian people.
