    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Knowland full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The products do help the hospitality industry and offer clients a unique approach to the challenges faced by hospitality professionals. Decent pay for the work and pretty aggressive company.

    Cons

The CEO is a nightmare. That cannot be stated enough. He seeks to micromanage ever aspect of the business and drives employees away through erratic behavior. While very smart, he doesnt know how to talk to people and can be offensive and often rude. And not just to employees, but towards clients as well. He is too focused on little insignificant items that he misses the larger picture. Good leaders surround themselve with good people. It'll be tough for Knowland to succeed if the "me first" outlook of the CEO continues...

    Advice to Management

Let employees do the job they are hired for and reward employees instead of reprimanding them.
