Pros

Working with children is very rewarding.

Cons

No raises in past 2 years. Not enough money in put into the buidlings.

Advice to Management

Please look at the conditions of your buildings. You really should stop buying new companys until you put some money back into the current buildings to help them compete with the competition.

    Pros

    Work environment varies from center to center it all depends on the director. If the director is good and repects the staff then it is great with mutual respect, fun and a sense of accompishment.

    Cons

    You only advance in ths company it you are the right color. Ability has NOTHING to do with it. You can look and the general ethnic make up of the management and see what is happening. It is all based on race and what your relationship is with the Area Manager.

    Advice to Management

    Promotions need to be based on abliity not color and put money into the centers and not so much in their pockets. They don't miss a bonus but try every way they can to keep the Directors form getting theirs. They need to realize that if it wasn't' for the employees at the center level they wouldn't have a bonus
