    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

My supervisors were fair and kind, and the company was small enough that I learned a lot and was given the opportunity to learn whatever I wanted that was relevant in the context of my duties.

    Cons

The branch I worked at was considered the ugly stepchild and anyone working there was treated with contempt by upper management from the other branch. I used to dread having to call people above me because I knew that no matter how relevant my question to the job at hand I would be yelled at or reprimnaded first and foremost, and then later told the answer to my question, if they even felt like answering.

    Advice to Management

Have a plan for the company that is reasonable. Stick to the plan and take reasonable steps to ensure its fruition. Be nice to your employees and do not use a fear based culture to get things done.
