Supportive and engaging place to work, international connections and experiences

My coworkers and managers are extremely supportive. I've worked with some of them for over 20 years and they are all solid performers who rely on each other. I like having teammates in Europe and Asia/Pacific and Latin America, and have occasionally gotten to travel to work with them or they came to us a HQ in Rochester (pre-pandemic). It's an iconic brand with great quality products and highly respected in all the businesses where it competes. The single shareholder is supportive of our strategies.
Cons
Growth has been slow to come. Highly experienced team are retiring, so need new infuse of energy. Workforce in Rochester is not very diverse on many vectors. Need to bring more people back into our beautiful office space post-pandemic and embrace hybrid model.
