The philosophy of the owner of this company is that we (the employees) are because of this company,the company is not because of us(the employees)." But this is completely wrong assumption of the boss of this company. Employee's existence will be there after they leave this company. Company is not made of a single person/body. It is made up of man power. If there is no man-power , a company will not even able to perform its basic functioning. And this is a training-based company which need trainers to run its business. Any person having good skills and strength can choose better employment anywhere else. He /she wont depend on this company for his/her good employment exposure. Now a days, there can rarely be find any company with this kind of arrogant thought. This company's boss and management people is just trying to make the employees foolish. But actually, employees are already aware that what is the management's game plan. Management should know that employees has also the power to think and they should not make them foolish.

The leadership team is inaccessible, and when you do get a chance to speak with them, it’s clear they don’t value employee input.

Cons

I feel trapped in my role, with no opportunities for growth or advancement. It's like being in a dead-end job.
