    Cons

Working in the store can be tough sometimes because of the hours. You may have to work some weekend shifts and sometimes an overnight shift.

I have been working at Kohl's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some very nice, hard working employees.

    Cons

A company where CEO makes 8.5 million dollars in 2012 but they can't pay for associates to have medical insurance? Unbelievable! I'm working as seasonal employee, am retired and get my benefits elsewhere but have met numerous employees who need medical insurance but will not get it at Kohls. No one works beyond part time so Kohls can avoid paying benefits.

    Advice to Management

Pay your associates a living wage ($8.05 per hour is minimum pay and no one can live on that). Must raise minimum rate to at least $15 per hour and provide medical insurance. The company, a multi-million dollar business, can afford it. No excuse for not doing so.
