Scheduling is flexible and based around my availability, staff is great, tons of positive feedback and incentives, opportunities to move to other positions in the company, fun and helpful/caring atmosphere
Cons
Seriously can't think of one.

Pros
The associates I worked with were fun and easy to get along with, no matter if they were close to my age or older than me. And I will also say they have a very very diverse and accepting team, people of all varieties from race to sexuality, religion, political parties, and age. I know most if not all places are equal opportunity employers but it was just nice to see and be apart of. Training is relatively easy as well (depending on what you do).
Cons
The pay wasn’t great, $13/hr just to stand around and scan people’s items.. it’s like I always say: minimum wage = minimum effort. The managers basically let customers walk all over you and let them get away with things because they don’t feel like dealing with them (giving them a discount because they’re complaining they can’t use it without a card and things like that) instead of sticking up for their employees and explaining why certain things aren’t possible because of policies/rules. It’s somehow hot in there every shift, no matter what you’re wearing and if it’s hot or cold outside. And I disliked how we had to push store cards onto virtually everyone that came in, that is if they didn’t already have one— for some people that isn’t within their personal budget or pay, some have also been denied before and to me it didn’t seem fair to keep on pressing, especially if they clearly already said No once. No means no, people.
