Great manager and supervisors. There is always work to do so your never bored and there is barely any down time for you. Minimal micro managing, They work with their employees when there are familial or personal issues going on outside of work. Free parking for long term employees.
Cons
Working late nights out the week

Pros
They have an employee designated to training paralegals, and is always available for questions. There is less stress not having the burden of figuring everything out on your own. This firm could be a good first job in an office setting, as you receive some guidance and tips that may not be obvious.
Cons
The tasks are not challenging and are very repetitive. In my opinion, it felt like a factory-you do a small part of a process over and over rather than a full process (like a conveyer built) and often need to fix the mistakes of others. If they start you above the lowest rate, most people reported not having a fair raise. Parking is expensive! They will not pay it until you hit four years. I believe they don't have the need for high quality workers, just good enough. They don't believe these jobs are worth a livable wage. High turnover. Not much talking allowed. If you do well enough with your tasks, my experience was they tend to keep people in those spots. Not much room to advance out of the categories unless you become a manager, where you would do more of a normal range of what an assistant typically does. Everything you do is highly monitored, not much freedom even after you prove efficiency long term.
