Pros
The vision and team was great in the beginning but a leader KILLED it! You had a GREAT company.....
Cons
The VP is the most awful person that has hit earth! Maybe he should have to work in the field versus his daddy getting him a job - DO NOT work on the east coast- Every contractor will tell you- he is ugly_ he has no idea how to lead and has no clue about people skills. It does not matter how much you get paid for he doesn't care. He leads by threat and power.People leave and he says they were fired......people are afraid to voice- for all he does is fire people and the people that are to be leaders can't lead for they are scared!
