Pros
The projects you work on are always unique and challenging. Benefits are better than average for Health Care. There are some really great people who are a joy to work with.
Cons
Poor collaboration between different departments. Upper management is mostly absent, and cut throat, which leads to a lot of misguided assumptions and confusing decisions. Management is known for their aggressive dog-eat-dog tactics against one another, and provides very bad communication. Pay is also below average.
