    -Your friends/family can stay for free in the furnished program -20% unfurnished apartments for yourself

    Cons

    -LIES -All talk, no action -Micro-manage to the extreme -'Big Brother' feel -No individuality, opinions, creativity allowed -Upper management/corporate does not listen -They want you to be a robotic talking head -No work/life balance

    -LISTEN to those on the ground level at the property
