    Pros

The compensation is good and the temporary housing is good. I got to live on a golf course in a fully furnished apartment. If you have a good supervisor who cares about your career growth then you will have a great experience. I got a great deal of industry experience will working in a large manufacturing plant.

    Cons

Some of the communication between upper management is lost. There are also way too many layers in the organization which causes issues when trying to get projects done. All of the R and D engineers are at corporate and not at the individual plants where they should be.

    Advice to Management

Remove some of the layers of management and increase amount of engineers at the manufacturing plants. In addition, managers should care more about their hourly employees.
