    Pros

Kraft offers a generous benefit plan. Because of the size of the company, there are opportunities to advance, and the feedback on your performance leaves no room for ambiguity.

    Cons

As a member of a company that Kraft acquired, I felt our team was treated as an afterthought for the entire time I worked for them.

    Advice to Management

If Kraft intends to acquire any more companies, I would suggest they make the effort to treat the people of that company the same way they treat the people already at Kraft.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

PTO versus sick days and vacation
performance evaluated based upon a SMART matrix of evaluation points
power-house brands with strong advertising focus
    efforts recognized
can work from home office in some geographies/teams

    Cons

company continues to restructure, eliminating positions
    long hours
    pay slightly less than competitors
consistently asked to "do more, with less" - yet no change in actual work requested

    Advice to Management

listen to the climate survey results more carefully
Create dynamic, multi-level problem solving teams. Some of the cost saving measures have dug so deep, incremental share growth at the customer level will not occur because deep, consultative relationships at the customer level are no longer possible. Competitors are maximizing that opportunity and grabbing share of shelf, more advertising space and leveraging new item authorizations. Relationships are still the single most important factor in sales.
