I worked at Kraft Heinz Company as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

People are really friendly, willing to help as much as they can, you get exposure to a lot of different things going on within the compnay.

Cons

Some of the managers are really busy and not take enough time to talk to interns/coops assigned to them, usually takes a while to get results from labs, a gap between the contractors and full time employees

Advice to Management

Close the gap between contractors and full time employees, get the managers and higher ups involved in the new hires.

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You can make great experience on how stores work. You get the experience of being a liaision between store managers, recievers and grocery managers.

    Cons

They work their employees in the ground. They only give the minimum of hrs to throw large loads, build displays and work thru back stock on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

Management you need to take into consideration of how much work is out there and give enough hrs to get everything done.

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Used to be great bonuses, competitive pay, and fair treatment
    Good brands
    Used to be good ethics

    Cons

Poor bonuses, ok pay, and no merit increases (or even covering inflation, so thus a pay decrease)
Leadership rewards those who are political vs those that perform
Corporate culture is harsh and in a downward trend
Leaders do not care about employees
    Overworked and understaffed and underpaid
The people that drive growth and move the needle are overlooked whereas the inner circle is rewarded (not based on merit)
    Human resources is very bad
Heinz no longer cares about people just the bottom line
    Decreasing benefits

    Advice to Management

Reward people based on results and the hard workers, not office politics. Reward employees. Merit increases at least to cover inflation. Treat people like family.
