Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I worked at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Good pay, great housing in Columbia for Newberry, SC site. Pressure and workload varies by manager. Relatively low stress in my experience

Cons

Unorganized work environment. Coworkers don't enjoy their jobs, all about the money. This may be unique to the Newberry site. I have heard better things about other locations within Kraft.

Advice to Management

Take your employees, and the results they produce, seriously.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Heinz has a solid foundation of A1 brands and a history of success. Things like Ore-Ida, Ketchup, 57, etc will always ben in the kitchens of Americans.

    Cons

    1) The culture is a shock for anyone new to the company. It is fairly heartless, cold, and drab. You seem to be nothing more than a number to Heinz and there is little to no care for employees. Work life balance does not exist. The environment in the office is very poor

    2) Very little room for upward growth on the sales side past CDM

    3* No diversity

    4) Terribly mismanaged problems

    5) Spending money on trade vs. long term brand building

    Advice to Management

Employees first - all the rest will follow

I worked at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good pay, company car, great products. Good work/life as long as you get your job done.

    Cons

Overwhelming work loads, uncaring management, inconsistent rules, old boys culb environment. Benefits (medical) not as good as it once was...

    Advice to Management

Need the right people in management with the skills, shouldn't be based on relationships.
