I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Flexible schedule, met with a lot of different personality types through out the territory. Company car with great benefits.

Cons

They own you management constantly micro managed and expected you to drop what you were doing and become available even on the weekends. If you don't they will respond with demeaning comments. They look at employees that are not bringing in sales, such as merchandisers, as "overtime leeches," (directly from my district managers mouth). No work life balance

Advice to Management

Get more training or retire some of you have been at it too long and are just disgusting human beings.

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Heinz was a top tier and amazing organziation and leader in the food industry. We had overcome our poor reputation from the 80s and 90s. Several high profile investors forced Heinz to invest in marketing a grow key brands. Profit sored and brands thrived. Today all of that is gone. The compny is a shell of what it used to be. It is a sad place, with little talent, a bad culture, dead brands, and sad employees

    Cons

Heinz has allowed British influence to kill what was once great. Heinz NA built a reputation with retailers that was best in class under former leadership. Heinz became greety and new management has destroyed all that we built. HNA carried HNZ for years and they have crushed that. The culture is crushed and of the worst at any company I have seen. All of the top talent is gone and what remains is basically what other companies would never hire. The leadership in both marketing and sales is incompetent and self absorbed. Many great leaders were forced to quit or pushed out due to things like race or sexuality. To say HNA is a mess right now is an understatement. God help this historic organization.
