I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Great people and brands. An opportunity to work with people who passionately believe in the quality and integrity of their products.

Cons

Expectations are set high - and you may find that the bar has been raised while you were playing the game.
Even though Heinz may be in the top 5% of food companies, expect rewards package to be middle of the road, or slightly less.

I worked at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-If you get on a good team, then the culture is good
-Nice benefits and perks if you do well sales wise
-Car if you make it to Sales Rep level

    Cons

-No hope of promotion if you're unwilling to move, and you'll probably have to move with every promotion
-Upper management, and therefor promotions, works through favoritism
-This isn't a sales job so much as it's a merchandising job
-You'll be working on your hands and knees stocking shelves in Walmart, Target, Winn Dixie, etc.
-Most territories encompass very rural areas
-You have to deal with grocery managers

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring people with a college degree for these positions.

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good compensation package and opportunities to move from one area to other.

    Cons

The company is too much internal focused when taking decisions. The pressure to reach the goals is tremendous and it jeopardizes the work life balance.

    Advice to Management

The senior leadership should take into consideration competition and market situation when taking decisions.
