Pros

Outstanding potential for the right person...

Cons

As with any large, long-established company, the focus tended to be on maintaining the status quo rather than in identifying opportunities to move forward.

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great brands. A lot of great people who are trying to do the right thing

    Cons

    Recent changes to bonus structure
    Recent changes to tuition repayment
    Employee morale is very low.
Many recent departures of long term employees.
Actively telling people to rate the company higher on this website
CEO has a list of personal pet projects. These projects keep getting moved forward, no matter how unprofitable, short sighted or unpopular with consumers these ideas are. There is no one at Heinz that is brave enough to mention that some of these may be terrible ideas.
At Heinz, its all about the stock price. Every decision defaults to the cheapest option.

    Advice to Management

You have a work force full of motivated people who want to do the right thing. Empower them to make those decisions. Launching a product and praying for its success isn't an actual marketing strategy. We have great products, but once they're launched, there is very little support.

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Great People (mostly)
    Great Opportunities at every level
Awesome Brand Equity (Heinz is #1 in Customer Satisfaction)
Great Location (very affordable housing in Pittsburgh)
Excellent Heritage (Heinz started PURE FOOD..no fillers or additives)

    Cons

    Thin Work Force
    Quarterly Financial Focus
Stagnant Compensation than last few years
Still some silos between functions and global groups

    Advice to Management

Go back to the founding principles of what made Heinz great. (Pure Food...no fillers or additives). Our products should be sold in Whole Foods (all of the original 57 Varities could still be sold there). We need to live the companies vision daily and benchmark against it. Adapt to the Change in Demand and sell product in new places.
