I worked at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

The health and financial wellness programs demonstrated a genuine concern for employees' well-being.

Cons

Clogged at the top, yet many positions filled from the outside. Difficult to get an internal interview. Some supervisors and managers kept long past prime.

Advice to Management

Cultivate from within instead of "renting" from the outside.

I worked at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Heinz is a huge Pittsburgh company with rich history and I am very glad I had a decade of both good and not so good experiences and growth. Def. learned lessons that I will always apply in my work life that I experienced firsthand and things that happened to my coworkers. Up until a few years ago, I was fairly happy and took the good with the bad, because I had a "Hey, this is a job! You will have the good and the bad." thought process. I didn't see HOW bad it was getting and how often I was lied to, even on the most minor things. I was told something that didn't seem right and I read the handbook, which stated the complete opposite, so I asked HR about it. They agreed that I was right, but said "Well do what your manager tells you." WHAT?!?!? Why have a handbook!?!? A LOT of the reviews on here are spot-on!

    Cons

You just don't count! Everyone is replaceable, but management doesn't think before letting people go. Shame really.

    Advice to Management

I think management needs an overall and people need to be held accountable!

I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    --- great brands
--- corporate leaders are down to earth.
--- most people throughout the organization are really thoughtful.

    Cons

--- bad trajectory with a ton of momentum dragging down the team
    --- no direction
--- very little room for growth
    --- horribly low morale

    Advice to Management

Create a better culture, improve the pay scale and develop more roles that allow employees to stretch.
