Tons of career growth opportunities, great team members, very friendy environment to work at.

Cons

Nothing I know about yet, maybe little problem to find a parking spot in the mornings.

    Pros

    Dynamic environment drawing on vast sources of sales, consumer, customer data that help create fact-based selling presentations; the ability to work independently (to a degree) and negotiate with customer directly.

    Cons

    They explain process of how to manage accounts yet they don't implement training to ensure processes are learned; High pressure and little colleague support makes Kraft a stressful environment daily; attempts to increase employee engagement through corporate culture activities has missed the mark of valuing employees by caring about how much time they spend at work at night and weekends vs. quality time at home.

    Advice to Management

    Work to understand issues at front lines of sales; have manager share account vision with sales team so everyone knows the direction and feels apart of the team; ensure management is organized and understands the key priorities so every priority doesn't become a "fire" and a stressful event for the employee
