I have been working at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Heinz is a formally good company that is on the verge of becoming a tier 3 CPG organization. More change is certainly coming with the buy-out. The organization does not need any more change as 2012-2013 has been nothing but change and chaos. There are still some solid brands like ketchup that will always be around. The others, like Jack Daniels, TGI Fridays, Nancy's, Bagel Bites, Wylers, etc......these will all be gone in a year or two. Heinz will shrink to insignificance

    Cons

First and foremost the corporate culture is of the worst in the industry. It has surpassed RBK and CAG as the worst place to work. There is really no solid leadership in either sales or marketing. Most of the good leaders have left the company and what is remaining is weak and many are corrupt. Marketing leadership changes every day and they cannot seem to get a CEO that can work so we brought they old one back. Sales leadership is a click and they only base decisions on politics rathar than performance. Much change is needed to get this place right. As many others have mentioned, diversity is not warmly recieved here. Very few African Americans, very few women in leadership, and gays have been, historically, treated very poorly.

    Advice to Management

Treat all with the respect they deserve. Get some outside leaders to run sales as the current click is not working. People want to be judged on work not poltiics.

I worked at Kraft Heinz Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The health and financial wellness programs demonstrated a genuine concern for employees' well-being.

    Cons

Clogged at the top, yet many positions filled from the outside. Difficult to get an internal interview. Some supervisors and managers kept long past prime.

    Advice to Management

Cultivate from within instead of "renting" from the outside.
