    Pros

You get to set your own schedule and work at your own pace. Your territory is yours to manage and you set the rules at the customer level. Great benefits and company car proves to be useful and you can take it anywhere.

    Cons

Hours seem to be long and you continue to work once you get home. Job is practically 7 days a week as you must always call your help and tell them what to do and if there is a problem stores will call you no matter what time of day.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the biscuit business and focus on the actual Kraft portfolio!

    Pros

Good company to work for. Good organizational structure and corporate culture. For the most part, really great people to work with and nice office. Also, great company to have on your resume because all of your future employers will have heard of Kraft Foods (or looks good if you're trying to get into an MBA program)

    Cons

Some groups are better than others and it's hard to get a job in the "highly desirable" groups because if there is a job posting 20 people will apply for it. Quite a few hiring freezes lately with all of the restructuring so you may get stuck in your group longer than the rotational period of 18 months to 2 years

    Advice to Management

Stop with all of the restructuring
