Pros

Formerly a great company - sadly it's a shell of its former self

Cons

Terrible culture, terrible leadership, old boys club where some girls play . . .

Advice to Management

Aren't they paid to have the answers to fix the problems.

    Pros

Great brands, strong equity, strong iconic heritage, great location in Pittsburgh. The history speaks for itself. The company has many of the best brands in each of the categories.

    Cons

Senior management is all about politics. Sales leadership is a 'good old boys' club where you only get promoted if you are one of the boys. Your work or performance do not matter. If you are one of them then you get promoted (doesn't matter if you are a poor performer). People of color or anyone different is an outcast. The culture is terrible

    Advice to Management

3G should fire all of sales/marketing leadership and start over

    Pros

Great people who really care about your success
I interned as a high school student and management really went out of their way to include and expose me to their work

    Cons

I was an unpaid intern, and spent ~40% of my time doing somewhat menial tasks. There was a lot of counting inventory and other tasks that don't really require any real skills.
