Constant change of operations with no explanation or reasoning. Zero communication from management to floor staff about what is going on and why. Supervisors and upper management make a huge bonus (up to 20g) depending on production numbers while floor employees get absolutely nothing. Upper management often comes in for the sole purpose of writing people up and to micromanage. Zero work life balance. Continuously working weekends despite warehouse being full solely to make their numbers bigger without care or disregard of over tired and overworked employees. Refusal to keep continuously hiring despite constantly being short staffed and going so long without hiring there was an entire shift shortage for well over a year cause more hours and more strain on employees and causing many employees to quit and the few new hires to not stay because of the hours. Machines are falling apart, new parts are not kept in storage, things are rigged to work and not properly fixed due to lack of parts, ketchup leaking from everything, poor inspection of parts and preventative maintenance. HR is constantly messing up paychecks, vacation pay and scheduling and fix it on their own time. At one point they had us come into a meeting to give “feedback” on hiring and what management could do to help, ended up being a recruiter questioner that they clearly disregarded….. I could go on. The money is good but it’s not worth it. The job has potential to be great but the blatant disregard of the lower level employees from management is obvious.
