Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Only work there part-time if you are a student. Flexible hours are helpful

Cons

It is slow and hours are constantly getting cut. Constant miscommunication between mgmt and employees re: orders, getting in trouble for others' mistakes. A smaller store such as a mall kiosk would be helpful.

Advice to Management

Put things in writing, be more consistent.

I have been working at Krispy Kreme part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Krispy Kreme have good colleagues so it is a welcoming environment. It's nice to work there and you are motivated to work because of that.

    Cons

They could have faster computer systems and network but it's not very necessary. It's more a luxury but it would be nice.

  2. "Terrible pay, hours and training. Good personalities."

I worked at Krispy Kreme part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Ok staff.
    Nice managers.
50% discount (usually they give you stuff for free though), which is helpful for gifts and the like.

    Cons

Hours always up less than two days before.
No consistency with hours or shifts.
No consideration if you have uni, children, prior engagements etc.
Lots of people ring in sick due to atmosphere, pay, hours etc.
The managers are not very good (especially in terms of organisation) and constantly leaving.
Rude customers who refuse to read the menus themselves.
    Few rewards.
    No training.
Night shift retail staff left on their own for ten hours after one shift.
Rarely use your discount on the products (aside from drinks) because you never want to look at the doughnuts again.

    Advice to Management

Give more consistency and support to your staff. Your pay is awful, so you own them your time.
