Great opportunities to learn from peers, make friends, earn good money, various shifts allowing for more free time, overall a great experience

Cons

Various shift times put a burden but you can work around it and use it to your advantage, to have a good life

    I have been working at Kruger full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Stabilité d'emploi, salaires comparables aux autres entreprises, avantages sociaux, programme d'aide aux employés. Gestion très peu axé sur la performance des employés.

    Cons

    Vieille entreprise qui a de la difficulté à opérer des changements. Sentiment d'appartenance nul. Très peu d'activité sociale. Tension continuelle entre syndicat et employeur.

    Advice to Management

    Tendre la main aux employés syndiqués ou non (pas seulement en situation de crise). Discuter du changement aux personnes concernées. Écouter ce que les destinataires ont à dire face au changement. Embaucher des employés cadres qui agissent comme des modèles. Être beaucoup plus transparent sur les états financiers et sur la prise de décision.
