    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Pay, location safe working conditions and benifits

    Cons

The management staff is mainly made up of individuals that seam to have very little Knowledge of what we produce and how to manage people. We seam to spend more time on how to fix our mistake rather than prevent them. So much bad product is produced that it will not all fit in the quarantined area (management may move and hide when visitors are in)

With all the downsizing and reduction in the hourly ranks no changes have been made at the top?

    Advice to Management

Its time to bring in proper management so we can get moving again
