I have been working at L-3 Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

L-3 is an excellent employer to work for, but moving from one department to another can be difficult due to the politics involved. Overall the politics are no worse than any other big company, but still not as easy as a small company.

    Cons

If you are not in a new product development job role, innovation is usually not appreciated or accepted. If you get the right attention however, you can make it work.

    Advice to Management

Think about new and better ways to do things, and allow your employees ways to suggest improvements and be taken seriously
